Your area of activity
- You look after and advise our e-commerce customers with excellent service quality (by phone and email).
- You document, update and maintain customer data and customer processes in our IT system.
- You will independently research issues relating to customer inquiries, are strong at problem analysis and are the interface to the development team.

your qualifications
- You have a commercial education and / or several years of professional experience in customer service.
- You have a very high level of customer orientation.
- You have already gained initial experience with e-commerce processes or are interested in current topics and trends in online trading.
- You enjoy new technologies and internet applications and have a good understanding of IT-supported processes.
- You have experience in using MS Office and CRM systems.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English.
